SICKO

Me - I'm the sicko for putting this one up here. No artistic merit, but it appeals to my gutter humour.

IT'S BEEN A WHILE

Got a few stockpiled on the phone, so here we go. Can't really remember where most of these were taken.

First, the stickers. These are the most sneakily placed little nuggets. You'll find them on the back of street signs and wrapped around poles. I like 'em.

Close to home. Yes, even the quiet suburb of Wadestown has some street art. Happy days.

Political statements:

This one says: KEEP_THE_SUITS_ALIVE NICHE.CON

Somewhere on the streets. My memory fails me.

OUTSIDE PETER MCLEAVEY GALLERY

WIGAN STREET

On my way for a Friday night tipple at Havana Bar (which was very pleasant).

VICTORIA STREET

Just near the Warehouse Stationeryshop opposite Farmer's. It's been there for ages and I have this deja vu going on that I've already snapped this one... oh well. It's Mephisto Jones of course.

UPPER CUBA

In the doorway of a building that is soon to be no more. Fucking bypass.

FURNESS LANE

Janne Land's gallery has moved on, but the street art continues.

NEAR PARLIAMENT

Getting down towards the beehive they start to get a bit more political.

In case you can't read it: "Working together to smash capitalism".

And this needs no explanation...

"He's the son of a bad man"

PETER MCLEAVEY'S

Once again, a favourite spot for the street artist about town. Thanks to Dave for sending these two.

AROUND TOWN

Found down an alleyway off Abel Smith St.

Woody Allan on the footpath - Abel Smith.

Street art made more permanent with the aid of perspex.

Dunno where this was taken - cheers to Dave for this.

On the footpath near Parliament.

On a wall of Cuba.
